Crystal Springs Treatment is hiring a full-time Plant Manager in Milwaukee, WI, to oversee daily wastewater treatment processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Operations: Oversee daily wastewater treatment, process controls, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety protocols and Department of Natural Resources (DNR) codes.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead the treatment plant team and coordinate with external contractors.
  • Handle Documentation: Complete and submit required regulatory records and operational reports.
  • Respond to Emergencies: Guide immediate and long-term planning while managing urgent plant issues.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Wastewater operations background preferred, but all experience levels considered.
  • Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude, basic math, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Strong multitasking, teamwork, and communication abilities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, twist, lift up to 50 lbs, and wear safety equipment.
