The City of Chippewa Falls is accepting applications for a full-time Wastewater Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be an effective leader who motivates others, possesses strong delegation, management and organizational skills, displays a positive personality, strong personnel management skills, excellent verbal communication and problem solving, is a team player who exemplifies positive relationships within the department, city and community.

A Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Maintain required certifications for Operator in Charge and possess or acquire; Operator Advanced (OA), Required Subclasses (B, A1, C, D, P, L and SS). One to three years’ management experience is preferred and position requires a valid Driver’s License.

There may be flexibility in the required subclasses certifications allowing for completion within one year from the date of hire. This position is posted with a competitive salary range of $78,956.06 - $96,200.30 with a comprehensive benefits package, including participation in the Wisconsin Retirement System, as well as health, disability, and life insurance benefits. Starting salary will be DOQ.
