Immediate Opening – Night Shift Wastewater Pre-Treatment Operator (Full-Time or Part-Time) Join Our Team – Hiring Now! We are looking for a dependable Night Shift Wastewater Pre-Treatment Operator (Full-Time or Part-Time) to join our growing team on the night shift. This is a hands-on position where you'll operate equipment, monitor plant systems, and help ensure our facility runs safely and efficiently. No hazardous materials are involved, and no prior wastewater experience is required—we provide paid training! This position may be offered as full-time or part-time, depending on the qualifications and availability of the selected candidate. We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits for full-time employees, and overtime opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Operate wastewater treatment plant equipment and systems
• Monitor gauges, controls, and treatment processes
• Load and unload materials
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative checks
• Complete daily operational reports
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Able to work a night shift schedule
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous equipment operation, manufacturing, maintenance, or plant experience is helpful, but not required

• Full-time or part-time (based on the selected candidate)
• Night shift
• Preferred hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (flexible for the right candidate)
